Pudong approved car parts to step up to promote a stable economic recovery

The pudong New Area accounts for 10 percent of the country’s output of key auto parts.  At present, accounting for more than 90% of pudong’s industrial output value of 21 top 100 automotive enterprises have all resumed work and production.

Since the outbreak, the Science and Economic Commission of Pudong New Area has helped tesla, SAIC-GM, SAIC Lingang Passenger vehicles and other oems to take the lead in resuming work and production, established a coordination mechanism for red light suppliers, and pulled more than 200 parts companies upstream and downstream of Pudong industrial chain to resume production.
On the other hand, Pudong has taken the initiative to strengthen contacts with oems or local departments in other provinces and cities. With the strong support of Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Administration And Shanghai Bonded Area Administration and other local departments, Pudong has helped accelerate the resumption of production of key auto parts enterprises in the supply chain of the domestic auto industry.  It has promoted the resumption of production of a number of key spare parts enterprises supporting the whole country, such as ATong Automobile, Masao Electronics, Qunzhi Optoelectronics, Fuyi Precision, Fuyi Ke Automobile, Gaitenyi And so on, which has played a crucial role in stabilizing the smooth operation of the domestic automobile industry chain.
It can be said that the “chain resumption” of Pudong’s auto industry, from spare parts to oems, is stepping up its efforts to promote a steady economic recovery.
